Free Australian Shipping over $150

Domestic Orders within Australia are sent via Australia Post Parcel Post with an estimated delivery time of 2-6 business days. To expedite your shipping please get in touch at hello@claireritchie.com.au and we will do our best to accommodate.

New Zealand Orders are sent via Australia Post with an estimated delivery time of 6-12 business days.

International We ship internationally. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and will vary depending on your location. If you don't see your destination available at checkout please get in touch at hello@claireritchie.com.au and we will do our best to help.

Please note that shipping charges do not include any taxes, customs duties or fees imposed by your country. The responsibility for any such costs rests solely with the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

A note for US customers We do ship to the United States, however please be aware that navigating new fees and charges has been tricky of late. If you are unsure about anything please reach out before purchasing at hello@claireritchie.com.auand we will make sure everything is clear before you commit.

Lost or stolen packages Please make sure you provide a secure delivery address at checkout. We cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen packages once they have left our studio.

Order processing time All orders are dispatched from our studio on the Northern Beaches of NSW within two weeks of purchase. If you need your order by a specific date please get in touch before purchasing and we will do our best to accommodate.
