Will my Art Print come with a frame?
At this time all prints are sold unframed.
Do you sell frames?
At this time we don't sell frames with Art Prints. For Australian customers we recommend Corner Block Studio, who offer a range of beautiful framing options.
How will my print arrive?
Your A5, A4, A3 prints will arrive flat in a rigid mailer. Size A2 prints and larger will arrive in a tube mailer.
I bought a pillow cover without the insert. What size insert do you recommend?
- For Orb Pillows, a diameter of 45cm/18" insert.
- For square Pillows, a 40cm x 40cm/ 16" x 16" insert.
Will my Art Print have a border?
All Art Prints have a 15mm white border around the artwork.
Can I purchase the hanger pictured with the Wall Hanging?
Unfortunately we don't sell the hangers but they can be easily found on sites like Etsy or made by a local frame store. You will want a 5cm/2inch overhang. For example; wall hanging that is 46cm wide, you will need a 51cm long hanging dowel.
Are the wall hangings ready to hang?
Yes! Each wall hanging comes with a top and bottom border with room to insert a hanging dowel. You can also use a clamp style hanger if you prefer that.
I received my Wall Hanging, can I iron it?
Yes! Set your iron to hot and wait for it to heat. Flip your wall hanging to the reverse side. Use the steam function, pressing down and moving across with even pressure. Be careful not to iron the limited edition tag in the bottom-right corner as it will not withstand the heat!
You can also use a thin cloth to cover your wall hanging as you iron if you're cautious about ironing.
Where is my order?
Your order is handmade or hand finished in my Brisbane studio. Some items take up to 3 weeks to produce. This can depend on supply chains, Covid delays, printing queues and other variables. I thank you for your patience. If you must have your order by a specific date please email me before purchasing your order and I will do my best to accommodate your request.
