Refund policy
As an independent artist I don't offer refunds for change of mind. Please make your selection carefully and don't hesitate to get in touch at hello@claireritchie.com.au before purchasing if you have any questions.
Items sent back without first contacting us will not be accepted.
Damages and issues Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and do our best to make it right.
Non-returnable items Certain items cannot be returned, including custom or commissioned works, sale items and gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.
Exchanges If you would like to exchange an item please contact us first at hello@claireritchie.com.au. Once your return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Original paintings All original painting sales are final. Please take your time before purchasing and reach out if you would like more information, additional photos or to arrange a viewing before committing.
